After context and understanding of the value that will be delivered, the next stage is to define the Work to be Done. This will be the “What” in the piece and is a list of things that instruct others through a to-do list.

User stories and acceptance criteria are often used together to provide a complete description of what a user wants from a system. This helps all stakeholders to ideate in the same area.

Ideations is the stage where I can formulate different methods from the context to help me find a solution. Remaining at a conceptual level helps to look into the problem further and reveal the most straightforward answer with the most value to be delivered to the user.
